    The mufflers came in a box with a picture of the contents on the outside. Unfortunately they never made it past the sort for UPS in Chelmsford MA. I made several calls to you guys and ne.ver got. a response.

    This muffler sounds great, really bring out the V8 in my truck. I had a shop install it, which only took around an hour from start to finish. The biggest problem that I had which is minor is with shipping. The box seemed like it went trough a trash ripper, and back, although it did not hurt the muffler inside, it had me worried. Otherwise I would recommend this muffler, deep sound and not annoying at all!
