    The bed step fit perfectly. The instructions were useless. Someone needs an understanding on how it should install.

    The written instructions were kind of vague! I installed this step! It took him longer to figure out the instructions than it did to install the step!! Once he figured it out, it took about 15 minutes!!!

    This is a great product. My husband loves it & calls it his old man step. LOL. He said he had to do a little modification because the holes didn't lineup. But it was not a deal breaker or anything major. He had one before in another truck. We traded it in for a newer one, so I bought him one for his new truck. It makes it much easier for him & me if we need to get in the bed of his truck. I would definitely buy it again if he gets another truck.

    Instructions were poor at best. One nut was missing and needing a vice is not something everyone can do. I really like how it works and what it does for me.

    They should have made it come out to more of the corner of the rear bumper instead of directly under the open tailgate.

    Directions were not very clear. The first 3 pieces could have been put together before shipping. There is no way possible to use a ratchet or torque wrench for the bolts on the first few steps. Overall seems very sturdy but wondering why with an all heavy duty steel construction the step itself is plastic. The step itself doesn’t seem as sturdy as the rest of the arm. Time will tell. Now that it is on I like it a lot. Hopefully it holds up.
