    I consider this an upgrade from my previous BAKFlip on Gen2 Raptor. Regarding Autoaccessories Garage: Fantastic communication. Immediate order confirmation and ability to communicate directly with customer service for questions about order. Very prompt and helpful replies. Product drop shipped and arrived without any damage during transit. Install instructions were very appropriate for my particular vehicle (21 Raptor). All necessary components included (zip ties, appropriately sized wiring). Uncomplicated installation with fantastic fit and finish. Cover seems very water-resistant and operates flawlessly. Time will tell how it operates with freezing conditions.

    Great quality excellent service! I had to modify my sport bar to work with the cover but other than that the install was fairly easy. Really glad I went with the powered option as my truck is lifted and would be a major inconvenience to always close it manually.

    I was very impressed with the quality of this tonneau cover. It is sturdy, looks great and the textured surface is awesome. Opens and closes very smoothly. The directions suggest 2 people to install but I installed it by myself. I used a floor jack in the bed to hold it in place while I assembled it.

    Very stylish, sturdy and tough. Love it! Installing it was very easy, just need to follow the instructions in the manual. I got the Powertrax and it works great for me. But I wish the company have some way of allowing me to adjust the actuating arm to push the cover completely close from time to time. I would recommend this product to everyone who like the convenience of opening the rear cover with the touch of a button.

    The motor is under powered for sure. I cannot get the retrax to close on its own. I am a network engineer myself and I have a mechanical engineer and an actual mechanic as brothers. None of us can get this thing to close on its own. I'm looking into returning the product.
